09/30/2019 – Woooahhhhhhhh give it up for Jane Ackermann, who’s starring in the USA pilot, “Masters of Doom”! Here’s a killer write-up about the show and about her credits, including the horror anthology 60 Seconds to Die, in which she starred in the segment “O Killing Tree, O Killing Tree”! GO JANE!
08/30/2019 – In other non-Gossip-Ghouls-related news, DEAD AIR, the 60 second horror short starring Pete Haase and Hannah Harleen, will screen at Emerge Film Festival this October 🎃So put on yer scare goggles and fear slacks and head on down to the other more eastern L-A for some totally gnarly flix, some terrifying some not-so… if yer into that sorta thing!
08/20/2019 – GOSSIP GHOULS is about 90% shot after a long, hard-working weekend. I’m currently in the editing chair with what I believe is some of the best work I’ve ever seen. I want to thank every single one of my cast and crew for making this project a reality and bringing your expertise to the table. This lil film would NOT look nearly as good if you weren’t a part of it. I’m incredibly PROUD OF ALL OF YOU. I LOVE YOU ALL. Bloody thanks from your anxious director. Peace love and GORE!
06/16/2019 – We interrupt our regularly scheduled program to tell you OUR KICKSTARTER CAMPAIGN FOR GOSSIP GHOULS IS NOW LIVE!
Give the link a lil’ click, check out what we got going on, and if you like what you see, please help us make this project a reality by donating!
05/30/2019 – It’s official! Everyone’s favorite annual Maine horror anthology, Damnationland: The Way Life Should Bleed, will feature seven – count ’em – SEVEN microshorts for their TENTH ANNIVERSARY SHOWCASE this Halloween season! Stay tuned for more detestable deets!
05/22/2019 – I detest to say I feel #blessed on any given day (thanks to 25 years of fanboying Billy Corgan) but on this particular hump day ima put my natural gloomy feels aside and say I really am psyched to have both DEAD AIR and MEAT CUTE chosen to screen at 60 Second Horror Challenge in Charleston, SC where 100% of the submission fees and proceeds will go to all the cute pups and kittenz of the Charleston Animal Society 🙀 Special thanks to Corey Norman of Bonfire Films for telling me to submit, otherwise I wouldn’t have known about this awesome fest.
04/24/2019 – The Digital Media Technologies department at ESU in Pennsylvania asked me to be a judge for their school’s media fair this year; my qualifications, being that I murder people straight-up on screen for funsies, seemed up to snuff for them (pun damn right intended)👌👌👌
04/20/2019 – This just in… DEAD AIR is screening at the DIE LAUGHING FILM FESTIVAL in a lil town called Los Angeles (never heard of it) next month! Put down that chainsaw, pack yer bags, and book that flight, ya dig? And if you live there, you should still take a plane because nothing is ever official unless flight is involved.
03/26/2019 – On Friday, April 5th, 2019, pick up your keys, shove em into the ignition, and drive the respective distance to Bangor Comic & Toy Con. This is not a drill. DEAD AIR, HOW TO KNOW IF YOU’RE DEAD, and TALKING POINT are all screening there and they all subsequently star Pete Haase. So if you’re a big Pete fan like I am, you best be in that theater GOT IT???
03/01/2019 – Sadly, DEAD AIR was overlooked by the Academy this year HOWEVER the creeps at Boston Underground are screening it to a bunch of abhorrent cinephiles on Friday March 22nd at 5:15pm at the Brattle Theatre as part of “Homegrown Horror Chapter VI: Discomfort Food” New England Horror Shorts!
